While restoration of local rivers and lands can continue to happen “behind the scenes,” the restoration of our human relationships happens when we actively engage with each other in meaningful, personal ways. As we take action towards improving the health of local rivers and lands, we do more than restore our watershed, we restore our relationship to our watershed. In the same way, each time we engage with you on a bird walk, at a volunteer event, via a webinar, or through a note of appreciation, we are stretching out our own network to continue to build and grow our relationship to you.
Please consider joining our Friends of the LWC network today, and help us continue to restore our relationship with the rivers and lands, and our watershed community. Your support helps get more native plants in the ground, engage more landowners and volunteers in projects, and provide educational programming to the community. It builds stronger connections with each other and to the places we all care deeply about.
Thank you so much to all of our Friends - past, present and future -for helping us achieve our goal of a healthy watershed for all!
