Changing Recurring Donation Information

Below are instructions for how to change your monthly donation amount and/or your credit card information through Donorbox, which is the platform the Luckiamute Watershed Council uses to manage online donations. Change the amount of your recurring donation*

* Please note that if you use PayPal for your recurring donations, you must log into your PayPal account directly and make your changes there.

1. Go to the Donorbox website at https://donorbox.org and log into your donor account by clicking the Donor login link at the top of the page. If you have never visited this page before, or don't remember your password, select Forgot password? and go through the steps of setting up a new password for your account. Your username will be your email address.

2. Once you create a new password, log into your account. On the left side of the screen, select Recurring Plans. Click the Active button to the right of the donation plan that you wish to edit.

3. To change your donation amount, click the blue change link below Amount. Enter your desired donation amount, and click Update. That's it!

Change your Payment method and/or credit card information

​1. Go to the Donorbox website at https://donorbox.org and log into your donor account by clicking the Donor login link at the top of the page. If you have never visited this page before, or don't remember your password, select Forgot password? and go through the steps of setting up a new password for your account. Your username will be your email address.

​2. Once you create a new password, log into your account. On the left side of the screen, select Recurring Plans. Click the Active button to the right of the donation plan that you wish to edit.

3. To change your credit card or payment information, click the blue change link below Payment Method. Enter any new information, and click Update Card. You will also be able to use this method to switch from card payments to bank transfers, and vice versa.
