INSTRUCTIONS Combine sugar and cocoa, and stir over low heat for 2 minutes. Do not let sugar melt. Add butter and blend. Add milk, stirring constantly. Increase heat and boil rapidly for 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve hot or cold. |
