**Note that buffet and cocktail pre-ordering closes on Sunday, October 6**

If you plan on enjoying the buffet dinner during this event or if you'd like to order a specialty cocktail or two in advance, please click the button below to be directed to the pre-order page. This will help the kitchen staff adequately prepare for the food and drink needs of our large group!

Buffet dinner (The Inferno Kitchen):

• 1/2 lb of meat per person (smoked beef tri-tip, grilled chicken and smoked pulled pork), served with flour tortillas, potato salad, rice and salad

Pre-order drink options (Divine Distillers): 

• ​Questionable Morels: Pandan Rum, orange juice, passionfruit puree, lemon juice, grenadine
• Bolete Me Up: Rum Paradiso, lemonade, agave syrup, orange bitters
• MyceliYUM (non-alcoholic): Sprite, orange juice, grenadine

Thanks to Divine Distillers, 10% of all pre-order proceeds will be donated to the Luckiamute Watershed Council!

Please note that pre-ordering is completely optional. If you would rather order from the regular dinner and drinks menu, you will be able to do so at the event itself. We just ask that you arrive promptly at 6pm to ensure your order can be prepared in time for you to enjoy it during the presentation!
